Are you closing over the Christmas period? Make sure your online community knows!

Here are some ways you can let them know:

  1. Include your opening/closing times in your email signature
  2. Add a banner to your website that clearly displays opening/closing times
  3. Update the opening/closing times on your website Contact page (or wherever you display them, if relevant)
  4. Share your opening/closing times on your social media channels, and pin the post until you’re back to regular trading on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
  5. Edit your Twitter or Instagram bio to include your opening/closing times (and change it back once you’re back to regular trading)
  6. If your Facebook Page features your opening times, you may choose to manually edit them over this period
  7. Update your location in Google My Business to clearly display holiday opening/closing times
  8. Publish a post on your location through Google My Business with your opening/closing times

Obviously, you don’t have to do ALL of these, they are just some ways you can make sure people know, which help both them, and you.

Simply pick the ones most relevant.
