When developing a digital marketing strategy or social media marketing strategy, one of the core foundations is “Brand Personality”.
Digital and social media marketing are all about online communication between people.
And people have personalities.
So the trick for businesses and brands, is to understand what their “personality” is, and use that to best reach, engage and communicate with their target audiences.
I’ll admit it can be difficult to determine what an organisation’s brand personality is, though it is definitely worthwhile.
It is also difficult when there are so many different branding buzzwords bandied about.
